Additional Use Grant: You may use the Licensed Work for non-commercial purposes,
including personal use, internal evaluation, and non-commercial
research, provided that you give appropriate credit to the
Licensor and indicate if changes were made.
You may NOT use the Licensed Work for commercial purposes
without a separate commercial license from the Licensor.
Commercial purposes include, but are not limited to:
- Selling the Licensed Work or derivative works
- Offering the Licensed Work as a service (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, etc.)
- Using the Licensed Work to provide paid services to third parties
- Integrating the Licensed Work into a commercial product or platform
- Any use by a business entity generating revenue from the Licensed Work
- Any use by a competing provider of data privacy audit, PII scanning,
AI compliance, or data governance software or services, including but
not limited to: automated PII detection, GDPR/CCPA audit tooling,
sensitive data classification, or AI agent compliance monitoring

NOTE: Pursuant to the BSL 1.1 terms, the Change Date shall also
be the fourth anniversary of the first publicly available distribution
of a specific version of the Licensed Work, whichever date occurs first.

Terms
The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative
works, redistribute, and make non-production use of the Licensed Work. The
Licensor may make an Additional Use Grant, above, permitting limited
production use.
Effective on the Change Date, or the fourth anniversary of the first publicly
available distribution of a specific version of the Licensed Work under this
License, whichever comes first, the Licensor hereby grants you rights under
the terms of the Change License, and the rights granted in the paragraph
above terminate.
If your use of the Licensed Work does not comply with the requirements
currently in effect as described in this License, you must purchase a
commercial license from the Licensor, its affiliated entities, or authorized
resellers, or you must refrain from using the Licensed Work.
All copies of the original and modified Licensed Work, and derivative works
of the Licensed Work, are subject to this License. This License applies
separately for each version of the Licensed Work and the Change Date may vary
for each version of the Licensed Work released by Licensor.
You must conspicuously display this License on each original or modified copy
of the Licensed Work. If you receive the Licensed Work in original or
modified form from a third party, the terms and conditions set forth in this
License apply to your use of that work.
Any use of the Licensed Work in violation of this License will automatically
terminate your rights under this License for the current and all other
versions of the Licensed Work.
This License does not grant you any right in any trademark or logo of
Licensor or its affiliates (provided that you may use a trademark or logo of
Licensor as expressly required by this License).
Moral Rights (Droit Moral — French Law)
In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la Propriété
Intellectuelle), the Licensor retains all moral rights (droits moraux) over the
Licensed Work, including the right of paternity (droit de paternité) and the
right of integrity (droit au respect de l'oeuvre). These moral rights are
perpetual, inalienable, and imprescriptible. Nothing in this License shall be
construed as a waiver of such moral rights.
Contributor License Agreement (CLA)
Any contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Licensed Work by
a third party shall require the contributor to sign the Licensor's Contributor
License Agreement (CLA) prior to submission. By submitting a contribution, the
contributor grants the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, sublicense, and
distribute the contribution as part of the Licensed Work. The CLA template is

Notice Requirements
Any distribution of the Licensed Work, in original or modified form, must
include: (i) a copy of this License, (ii) a prominent notice stating that
the Licensed Work is subject to the Business Source License 1.1, and (iii)
the following attribution notice in all documentation and user interfaces:

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED ON
AN "AS IS" BASIS. LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND
TITLE.
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of France, including the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la
Propriété Intellectuelle, Loi n° 92-597 du 1er juillet 1992), without regard
to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this License
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
